By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations within the United Kingdom.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
- You agree to use the Application in full compliance with all applicable UK healthcare regulations and standards.
- You must not use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorised purposes.
3. Data Privacy and Security
- All patient data must be processed in accordance with relevant data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Access to personal health information (PHI) must be limited to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
- The Application securely stores and processes PHI solely for the purpose of coordinating and managing patient transport services.
- Users are required to immediately report any data breach or security issue to the system administrator.
4. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to its content, features, and functionality, are owned by or licensed to Aruna Healthcare Consultancy.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Application without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Aruna Healthcare Consultancy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider against any claims, damages, or legal proceedings resulting from your misuse of the Application.
6. Service Availability
- While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the Application.
- Periodic maintenance and updates may result in temporary service disruptions.
- Emergency support may be provided at the provider’s discretion.
7. Termination
Aruna Healthcare Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for breach of these Terms or as required by law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
Aruna Healthcare Consultancy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Notification of changes will be provided through the Application or associated communication channels. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
